The Final, Sixth Day, of our group meeting.

 

I. Communication Network of your group meeting.

         This final meeting was very short. We did go over our skit and each one of us presented our lines basically without any other communication. Just like we knew what to expect from each other in the group.

3.      This meeting was extremely short and we did not communicate at all.

 

II. Climate of the Group.

         A: I felt we did trust each other by the end of the sixth meeting. 

1.      No.

2.      Yes. We did present our parts to the members of our group and encouraged to speak up and so on.

         B. Not at all.

1.      It didn’t bother me at all.

2.      They all were very comfortable.

         C. We were in the Performing Stage. We had done a good job and we knew our parts where we go and do from now on.

 

III.         Goal-Orientation of our group meeting.

A.     Our goal was to present final show and get our group members’ opinion about our final showdown.

1.      I was satisfied enogh to go home with no worry in my mind.

2.      Other group members were also satisfied.

a.       Members after presentation said that we are ready and see each other on Monday.

b.      Ditto.

B.     Our goal was to present to the members our final show.

1.      All members were ready.

A.     I did not see any conflict at all during this final meeting.

3.      No. Not at all.

B.      We did not have time to discuss other things.

No, because we did not do much actual work on this meeting.
